Role overview
The Head of Service Delivery (m/f/d) for the Shared Services Center (SSC) is responsible for leading and managing the delivery of services across key functions, including Legal, Compliance, Data Protection, Financial Control and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and alignment with Allianz Service's strategic objectives, while fostering innovation and continuous improvement. The incumbent of this position will be reporting to the Head of Allianz Services Portugal.
