What you do
1. VIP会员俱乐部所有增值服务供应商的协调和管理,供应商的准入、签约、项目增减、投诉协调等;
2. VIP会员俱乐部相关的系统开发协调,包括前端UI及UX的交互体验设计把控、流程方案的确定、对接系统需求的整理、系统上线的测试与发布协调及各平台的维护管理(核心系统、安联在线、E+ 、安联小助手),确保线上服务全流程输出稳定、准确,以提升客户体验;
3. VIP客户客群及服务使用数据的分析,清晰增值服务客户画像,为优化服务提供数据支持
4. VIP增值服务各类管理报告的开发和优化,包括客户使用率、加保情况、服务安排跟进及生态圈客户数据等;
5. 服务质量的监控、服务风险和服务成本的管控,改善增值服务的投产比,提升服务资源效用;
6. 优化服务内容及流程,改善客户服务体验,提高客户的服务满意度;
7. 上级主管交办的其它工作。
What you bring
1. 大学本科及以上学历;
2. 良好的沟通协调能力,能在压力下保持良好的工作状态;
3. 良好的亲和力和谈判技巧,有一定的创意思维能力。
