What do we expect you to bring?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields

• Up to 5 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or the fund industry

• Strong knowledge of SQL and data querying tools

• Ability to perform data analysis using Python or R

• Proficiency in using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar

• Being a CFA charterholder or a candidate is a plus

• Experience in working with large datasets, data cleaning, modeling, and segmentation

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to generate insights

• Ability to adapt to an Agile working culture and collaborate effectively within a team

 

How can you make an impact?

• Conduct data analysis on pension fund customers, funds, contribution behavior, returns, and product performance

• Provide analytical insights to the actuarial, product development, and marketing teams

• Create regular reports, dashboards, and data visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

• Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy; develop relevant data models

• Analyze fund performance on a segment basis to support decision-making processes

• Identify improvement opportunities in existing processes and offer data-driven recommendations

• Contribute to sprint planning, backlog development, and iteration processes in collaboration with other functions within an Agile squad
