Job Purpose
As our Operational Resilience Lead, you will design, set and assure adherence to our standards, controls, functional rules and regulatory requirements for Operational Resilience activity. You will drive cross-functional teams to ensure activities are conducted smoothly, effectively and allow us to demonstrate compliance with Group and regulatory requirements relating to Operational Resilience. You will ensure our requirements for Operational Resilience are defined and conducted correctly, assessed for quality and appropriately stored for audit and compliance purposes. You will work with leaders across the business, ensuring continuous improvement activities are concluded to further develop the operational resilience framework and operating model - within this team and across AZH.
Sitting within a team that values autonomy, organisational visibility, collaboration and ongoing personal development, you will play a pivotal role in delivery of our future state Operational Resilience ambition.
The role supports robust governance, assurance, and a strong culture of risk awareness across the Operations and IT (OpsIT) environment.
Salary Information
Pay: Circa £55,000 - 65,000 per year.
Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
