Role description
Allianz Pet is entering the next stage of development and is looking to achieve major growth across its portfolio of brands, including market leader Petplan. Identified for 'unconstrained growth', the business is increasing pet insurance distribution across all trading models including Partnerships.
The Partnerships Development Manager will support the development of B2B partnerships in the breeder, charity and microchip channels. This role plays a key part in account managing existing partners and winning new partners to deliver mutually beneficial strategic objectives and increase lead generation for Petplan.
The role requires pet industry experience and someone who enjoys connecting with people and driving performance through training, engagement and operational improvement. Being able to flex your style across a broad range of partner types in terms of channel, scale and objectives will be key for success.
Salary Information
Circa £50,000
Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
