Within Group People and Culture, the team manages and coordinates HR operations for management and staff along the HR value chain and implements and aligns policies for Allianz SE(Holding). The HR Business Partner liaises with the Management in order to develop and execute the HR strategy for the respective business areas in close alignment with business strategy. Last but not least, the team counsels Management in HR policies, procedures and systems and consults on strategic HR topics.
