Role Description
The Propositions Lead plays a pivotal role in shaping, developing and delivering customer‑centric propositions that support Allianz Commercial's strategy and strengthen our competitive position in the UK commercial insurance market.
The role leads defined cross‑functional proposition initiatives, bringing insight, constructive challenge and strong commercial judgement to ensure outcomes meet customer needs, regulatory expectations and business priorities.
This role requires excellent analytical capability, confidence engaging senior stakeholders, solid commercial insurance knowledge, and the ability to translate insights into compelling, deliverable propositions.
Location
This role is based in our Guildford office. Please note that this is a hybrid role with the expectation of attending the office a minimum of 2 days per week
Salary Information
Circa £55,000 per year
Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
