About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Solution Architect to lead the design, governance and roadmap of our HR Core architecture, covering Payroll, Time and Pension services.
What You Do:
What You Bring:
- Extensive experience as a Solution Architect in SAP HCM, ideally in large-scale, multinational environments.
- Strong understanding of Payroll (DE/CH/AT), Time Management, and integration architectures.
- Hands-on knowledge of S/4HANA HCM (H4S4), HANA DB, Fiori, and HR modernization trends.
- Expertise in CPI, API-led design, interface governance, and secure integration concepts.
- Strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to define and communicate target architectures and transition roadmaps.
- Fluent German and English.
Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
