We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR professional to join as a Senior Manager - HR Business Partner. This role will partner closely with business leaders to drive people strategies, enhance organizational effectiveness, and foster a high-performance culture aligned with business objectives..

 

Key responsibilities include:

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership for specific line of business on all HR-related matters
• Align HR strategies with business goals to drive organizational success
  Lead strategic projects in India in the areas such as workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives
• Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback mechanisms
• Partner with leadership to build a strong employee engagement and retention strategy
• Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution
  Lead change management initiatives during organizational transformations
  Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for data-driven decision-making
  Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Compensation teams for integrated HR delivery
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

         Strong business acumen and strategic thinking

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skillsnProven experience in employee relations and conflict resolution Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Expertise in performance management and talent development Effective communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage change and drive organizational initiatives at India and global level
• Having a basic understanding or exposure to AI tools would be a plus.
• Experience in handling multiple business units or geographies
  Familiarity with HR analytics and digital HR tools

Qualifications:

Qualifications

MBA / Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field
12+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to HRBP roles
Experience working with senior leadership teams in global matrixed environment
Prior experience in Financial/Technology industry is preferred
