This position has the overall responsibility of sales management of BAY and assisting in creation of the sales strategy for the BAY team, ensure that sales targets are distributed to all Business Development Managers, liaise with Product Managers and marketing to develop sales material to support the banks insurance products. This also includes managing relationship with BAY's regional directors/regional managers and branch managers to ensure collaboration and sales volume according to the company direction. Lead and manages file sales operation team and collaborates with internal departments including AAGI regional manager and branch manager to deliver the excellent services & supports to bank partners.
