About the Job

Artificial intelligence is fundamentally changing the way we work. The AI Marketing Lab team is at the forefront of this transformation, defining the AI strategy and building internal AI tools for Allianz in Germany. We don't just talk about AI - we build it.

As a Working Student (m/f/d) AI Product Management Assistant, you will be the vital link between business requirements and technical execution. You will support the entire product lifecycle of internal AI tools-from initial requirements gathering and prototyping to the construction of automated, intelligent agentic workflows. This role offers a unique opportunity to actively shape the future of AI-driven work environments within a global corporation while completing your studies.

What you do

  • Support stakeholder workshops to capture requirements and derive user stories, acceptance criteria, and MVP scopes.
  • Build mid-fidelity frontend prototypes to quickly validate user flows and interface concepts.
  • Translate business needs into technical concepts (e.g., component overviews or architecture sketches) in close coordination with the Product Owner.
  • Conceptualize and build automated workflows using No-Code/Low-Code tools or frameworks such as LangChain and Python.
  • Assist in steering projects and empower colleagues across the company to utilize AI effectively.

What you bring

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program such as Business Informatics, Computer Science, Digital Management, UX Design, or a related field.
  • A fundamental understanding of agile product development (MVP mindset) and the motivation to take on responsibility in steering AI projects.
  • Experience with tools such as Claude Code, Figma, etc., as well as a high affinity for Low-Code/No-Code platforms.
  • A strong passion for AI topics; initial experience with Python, LangChain, or other AI frameworks is a significant advantage.
  • The ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.
  • You can start immediately and are interested in a working student position for 6 months - part-time (16-20 h/week).

What we offer

  • A modern and open space office located in Munich
  • Flexible working hours
  • A student discount in our outstanding canteen
  • Free LinkedIn Learning Account and many other opportunities to develop new skills
  • A big student community with many options for networking
  • A highly talented, dynamic and international team
  • Job opportunities in a global company

Need to know

  • Requirement for internship and working student positions is the enrollment in a university - or (for an internship) a gap year.
  • We can only consider your application if you provide the following documents:
    • Certificate of enrollment (exception gap year)
    • Valid Work and residence permit (for non-EU citizens). Please check before applying if you can work with your current VISA.
