役割について
当ポジションでは、AMXLサイトで働くリーダーに対して、彼らの成功に必要不可欠な研修と育成を担当していただきます。具体的には、8週間にわたるバーチャルとオンサイトでのハンズオントレーニングの実施、週次スケジュールの管理、座学、そしてアカデミープログラム全体の設計と実行、および最新のオペレーションが反映されたコンテンツへの改良に責任を持っていただきます。

The Learning and Talent Development (L&TD) team is looking for a seasoned, high-impact manager to shape the next generation of Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) leaders.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end training and development experience for site leaders across AMXL - the people whose success directly drives our operational excellence. You will design, build, and deliver an 8-week blended academy program that combines virtual instruction with immersive, hands-on on-site training. From managing weekly schedules and facilitating classroom sessions to continuously refining content so it reflects the latest operational best practices, you will be the driving force behind leader readiness at scale.
What You'll Do

Design & Deliver: Architect and execute a comprehensive 8-week academy program blending virtual learning with on-site, hands-on experiences
Own the Curriculum: Keep training content current, relevant, and tightly aligned with evolving operational standards
Manage the Cadence: Coordinate weekly training schedules, ensuring seamless execution across multiple cohorts and sites
Measure & Improve: Continuously evaluate program effectiveness and iterate rapidly to raise the bar

- Manage the AMXL Academy training program end-to-end, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across all cohorts
- Define long-term learning needs and develop strategic plans based on business impact and organizational priorities
- Facilitate training sessions in both virtual and in-person formats, adapting delivery methods to maximize learner engagement
- Evaluate existing content, gather feedback, and conduct gap analyses** to drive continuous curriculum improvement
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, proactively identifying opportunities to raise the bar on program quality and effectiveness
- Partner cross-functionally with field teams, AMXL site leadership, and HR to ensure training initiatives are aligned with operational goals
- Accelerate new leader onboarding enabling newly placed leaders to ramp up quickly and deliver results from day one

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- ピープルマネージャーとしての2年以上の経験
- グループディスカッションを効果的に進行、異なる意見を調整し、合意形成に導けるファシリテーション能力
- ビジネスレベル以上の日本語(N1以上)で、流暢に話せ、書け、読めること
- 実務レベルの英語力(簡潔かつ明確に表現する文書作成能力、プレゼンテーション力)
- 立場の異なるステークホルダーとオープンに会話し、認識を合致させられる交渉力
- Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a people manager, with a proven track record of leading and developing direct reports
- Strong facilitation skills - ability to effectively lead group discussions, navigate diverse perspectives, and drive alignment toward consensus
- Business-level proficiency or above in Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent) - fluent in speaking, writing, and reading
- Working proficiency in English - ability to produce clear, concise written communications and deliver effective presentations
- Proven negotiation skills- ability to engage in open, transparent dialogue with stakeholders across different functions and levels, aligning diverse viewpoints to reach shared understanding

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Amazonでの2年以上の実務経験、または問題解決や成果創出の実績
- 集合トレーニングの講師経験の実施経験
- 仮説を裏付け、効果的な解決策を実行するために定量的なデータや指標を活用してきた経験
- 学習プログラムの設計・評価経験
- 文章や口頭でのコミュニケーションを通じて、複雑な概念を効果的に伝える経験を積むスキル

- 2+ years of hands-on experience at Amazon, or a demonstrated track record of problem-solving and delivering measurable results in a comparable environment
- Experience delivering instructor-led training in classroom or group settings
- Proven ability to leverage quantitative data and metrics to validate hypotheses and implement effective solutions
- Experience in designing and evaluating learning programs, including curriculum development, needs assessment, and impact measurement
- Strong communication skills - ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively through both written and verbal channels
