DESCRIPTION:
Consumer Electronics Associate Vendor Manager
The Consumer Electronics team at Amazon Canada is seeking an enthusiastic Vendor Associate to support our strategic partnerships. This role will contribute to the end-to-end experience for Amazon's Canadian customers in consumer electronics. You will assist in driving growth, profitability, and customer experience for one of our most prestigious consumer electronics portfolios.
The ideal candidate would have the following skills and experience:

· Ability to multi-task in a complex product ecosystem
· Attention to detail, particularly regarding product launches
· Adaptability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced retail environment
· Interest in consumer electronics retail
You will help analyze data and customer insights to support the optimization your vendors' product portfolio on Amazon.ca. You'll work with multiple internal teams to assist in maximizing performance. Strong communication skills are essential for collaboration with cross-functional partners, including site merchandising, buying, pricing, inventory management, operations, online marketing, and finance.
Key job responsibilities:
• Assist in implementing the strategic vision for products on Amazon.ca
• Support the management of a P&L, focusing on revenue growth and margin optimization
• Contribute vendor relationships, including assisting with terms negotiations and promotional strategies
• Help ensure exceptional customer experience across your vendor's portfolio
• Assist in developing operational frameworks for inventory management and promotional planning
• Support high-impact projects, including new product launches and marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with internal teams to aid in the execution of initiatives
• Conduct basic analytics on pricing strategies, selection optimization, and customer experience
This position offers exposure to consumer electronics retail, providing opportunities to develop skills in online merchandising, digital marketing, demand forecasting, pricing strategy, and business analytics within one of the world's most innovative retail environments.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience using Excel and other business analytic tools
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with software and editing tools (including HTML, Excel and SQL)The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
