Position Responsibilities:
Draft and negotiate technology contracts, ensuring internal policies are met, ensuring the quality and accuracy of Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) agreements. Draft, review, negotiate, renegotiate, and administer contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other representatives to ensure legal compliance, protect the organization's interests, and foster fair agreements. Prepare Statements of Work (SOW), Work Orders (WO), WO-Amendment creation and execution process and review requisitions for goods and services. Monitor and follow applicable laws and regulations. Collaborate with businesses to negotiate deliverables, finalize due dates for milestones and review the cost for each deliverable and milestone. Review and analyze data on partner participation for each contract. Review and update Salesforce and ensure data compliance in Salesforce. Mentor junior Contract Specialists.
40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $88,100/year to $154,100/year.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Legal Studies, Law, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have two years of experience in the following skill(s): (1) drafting and reviewing contract terms in Statements of Work (SOW), Work Orders (WO), or other standard related commercial contracts; (2) advanced Excel spreadsheet skills including using Pivot Tables, VLookups, and Charts for data analysis; and (3) compliance experience in the legal industry. Domestic and/or international travel up to 25% to perform role responsibilities may be required.#0000
