DESCRIPTION:
Last Mile Delivery & Technology is responsible for envisioning and developing forward-looking initiatives to improve the efficiency, speed, quality, and safety of the delivery experience for customers worldwide. Our team is actively seeking highly-motivated innovators who are eager to transform the future of logistics and delivery solutions. As an Electrical Engineer, you will develop, characterize, and troubleshoot advanced machine vision and compute devices for automotive and industrial applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, verify, and validate hardware modules, subsystems, and end products from concept to production. The ideal candidate demonstrates a hands-on passion for engineering, communicates concepts clearly both verbally and written, and thrives in a dynamic, highly ambiguous environment.
Key job responsibilities
• Lead electrical design and optimization for modules, assemblies, and sub-systems - including design considerations for system integration, manufacturability, testability, reliability, and cost
• Develop electrical schematics and provide oversight for component placement and layout activities of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) - including component selection, signal and power integrity review, and functional circuit simulation
• Develop, execute, and automate electrical test plans - including bring up, verification, validation, and interoperability
• Conduct troubleshooting, root cause analyses, and implement mitigation strategies throughout the product lifecycle - including design modifications, factory test coverage, and firmware behaviors
• Partner across engineering, manufacturing, and business stakeholders to document, analyze, and prioritize functional specifications while balancing technical feasibility against business objectives
• Manage relationships with external vendors and manufacturing partners

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in PCBA-level circuit design for consumer, industrial, or automotive electronics
- Experience with electrical design verification, electronics test equipment (e.g., power supply, multimeter, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, electronic load), and rework tools (e.g., soldering iron, reflow oven)
- Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB layout tools (Altium, Cadence, or similar)
- Familiarity with complex embedded electronics architectures and interconnections - including SoCs, MCUs, DRAM, storage, digital communication interfaces (e.g., Ethernet, USB, CAN, I2C, SPI), and high-speed routing
- Experience with power architecture design, power supply design (e.g., LDOs, switching regulators), and power distribution networks
