The Associate Enablement Specialist supports the EMEA Field Enablement Team in delivering enablement programs and initiatives to AWS AGS Sales field teams across assigned areas and segments. Working under the direction of the Area and Segment Enablement Manager, this role focuses on the coordination, logistics, and operational execution of core enablement activities that help our sellers be more effective in serving customers and growing revenue.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for supporting the smooth delivery of onboarding, continuous learning ("always-boarding"), and strategic enablement programs. The Associate Enablement Specialist helps ensure that the right content reaches the right people at the right time - coordinating with internal stakeholders, maintaining content repositories, tracking participation and completion data, and supporting the operational rhythm of the enablement team.

Key job responsibilities
•Support the delivery and logistics of enablement programs and initiatives across assigned area and segment teams, ensuring activities are executed on time and to a high standard
•Coordinate scheduling, communications, and materials preparation for enablement sessions, workshops, and events
•Maintain and organise enablement content within designated repositories and platforms, ensuring materials are current, accessible, and properly tagged
•Track and compile program participation, completion, and feedback data, producing regular reports for the Area and Segment Enablement Manager
•Support the onboarding process for new hires by coordinating logistics, distributing materials, and ensuring a smooth learner experience
•Assist in the localisation and formatting of enablement content for area and segment-specific needs, working from established templates and guidelines
•Respond to field requests for enablement resources, triaging and escalating where appropriate
•Support the operational cadence of the enablement team, including meeting coordination, action tracking, and follow-up on deliverables
•Contribute to continuous improvement by flagging process inefficiencies and suggesting practical enhancements to the team's ways of working

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination, or experience managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel
- Experience working with internal teams to create and execute training, enablement or change management programs
- Experience in working with internal stakeholders to support programs and their execution to a large sales force.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience working in a sales or sales support role
- Experience working with or having knowledge of cloud computing and existing cloud technologies
- Experience working within a high-growth technology company
