We are looking for a dynamic, customer-obsessed, and organized self-starter to join as Fashion Analyst Associate to support the Fashion Account Management team. This role will play a critical part in enabling operational excellence across seller support activities, listing management, deal operations, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination.

The candidate will work closely with Account Managers and internal stakeholders to execute operational tasks, drive process accuracy, support seller-facing activities, and ensure timely delivery of business objectives.
Key Job Responsibilities
* Support the Seller Account Management team in handling seller listing requests and catalog-related operational activities.
* Manage and track deals operations, including consolidation, validation, reporting, and execution follow-ups.
* Assist in forecasting activities through data consolidation, validation checks, and performance tracking.
* Execute operational support tasks related to seller management and business operations.
* Support seller-facing task based activities when required, including seller calls related to new registrations, price matching, and operational issue resolution.
* Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail across reporting and operational workflows.
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues and smooth execution of operational processes.
* Demonstrate strong ownership and bias for action in managing tasks within tight timelines.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of professional experience in business operations, analytics, account management support, or related functions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, lookup functions, and reporting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ownership and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
