Finance Manager, Ring Finance

DESCRIPTION:

Key job responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial planning and analysis for device product lines, focusing on units, revenue, and profitability
- Develop and execute financial forecasting models with detailed variance analysis
- Coordinate month-end financial close processes and reporting
- Communicate key performance indicators to senior leadership with actionable insights
- Implement system improvements to enhance financial reporting and planning efficiency

About the team
We are a collaborative and high-performing finance team dedicated to supporting a groundbreaking hardware business. Our work spans comprehensive financial management, from revenue tracking to strategic planning. We partner closely with multiple teams to deliver financial clarity and drive strategic decision-making with precision and creativity.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience
- 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
- 6+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
- 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
- MBA, or CPA
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
