DESCRIPTION:
The Finance Operations organization works with every part of Amazon to provide operations accounting and operations excellence services with the highest level of controllership at the lowest cost to the company. We provide the backbone systems and operational processes that completely, accurately, and validly pay Amazon's suppliers, invoice our customers, and report financial results.
Amazon Manila is looking for a leader to manage large-scale initiatives or multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The candidate needs to carry out efficient execution of projects and be a strong communicator and will be responsible for coordinating and representing the interests of Finance Operations within Healthcare (Amazon Pharmacy and One Medical RCM).
The responsibility of this role will be project management. This individual will be a very strong leader who is adept at strategic planning and alignment with stakeholders within a very dynamic business environment and has a proven record of delivering process efficiency results.

Job Duties
Strategic Planning
- Align program goals with organizational priorities, particularly within US Healthcare operations (pharmacy systems and revenue cycle management).
- Develop a comprehensive program roadmap with defined timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Assess and prioritize initiatives based on business impact, resource availability, and risk
Project Oversight
- Manage multiple projects across healthcare workflows, ensuring seamless coordination between cross-functional teams
- Track progress and ensure adherence to timelines, deliverables, and performance expectations
Risk and Issue Management
- Proactively identify financial, operational, and compliance risks, especially within healthcare billing, claims processing, and pharmacy operations
- Develop mitigation strategies and ensure minimal disruption to business operations
- Handle escalations effectively, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key liaison across teams, including operations, finance, and healthcare domain stakeholders
- Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, and outcomes
- Ensure alignment and clarity of roles across all stakeholders
Innovation and Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies within healthcare workflows (e.g., claims, coding, pharmacy adjudication) and drive improvement initiatives
- Lead or support implementation of automation and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Governance and Compliance
- Ensure all initiatives align with US Healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and internal compliance standards
- Implement governance frameworks to track performance, accountability, and audit readiness
Change Management
- Support process, system, and policy changes within healthcare operations
- Drive adoption through training, communication, and stakeholder engagement
- Clearly communicate the value and impact of changes to all stakeholders
Working Conditions
- Normal office environment
- Required to report daily to the Pasay office
- Primarily night shift (EST)
- May be required to work during holidays based on business needs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong exposure to US Healthcare domain is required, including: Pharmacy Systems, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), Payers' systems, and/or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- At least 2+ year in a similar BPO or Finance & Accounting Program Management role
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Finance graduates with 5+ years of relevant Finance and/or Operations experience, with exposure to US Healthcare domains such as Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Posting, Patient Experience, Pharmacy Systems, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Strong project management experience, preferably supporting healthcare operations including AR follow-ups, cash posting, patient interactions, claims, billing, or coding workflows
- Demonstrates strong communication (verbal and written) skills, with the ability to positively influence behaviors and drive outcomes across stakeholders, including patients, providers, and payers
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across different regions and cultural backgrounds
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and improve healthcare-related business processes, financial flows, AR performance, cash application accuracy, and patient experience outcomes
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate; CPA or MBA (Finance) preferred; PMP certification is a plus, with 10+ years of relevant Finance and/or Operations experience, including exposure to US Healthcare domains such as Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Posting, Patient Experience, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)This website uses cookies to ensure you get the best experience.
