DESCRIPTION:
The mission of this role is to lead a talented sales team to recruit high potential CN brand owners and manufacturers to Amazon EU store, and support them to grow their business and achieve win-win for both Amazon and Sellers. The key expectations of this role include: 1) lead/develop a strong team to deliver solid business results; 2) launch new initiatives to smartly source high potential sellers, or improve conversion, or drive their post-launch success; 3) gather thorough seller and business insights and contribute to strategic decision-making process and director-level business reviews.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years of prior work in business development, sales, or sales-engineering, preferably in the technology, internet and e-commerce sectors experience
- Experience in business development, sales, or sales-engineering, preferably in the technology, internet, and e-commerce sectors
- Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments
- Experience successfully leading and developing a team of direct and indirect reports
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
