DESCRIPTION:
Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) is seeking a sales leader to drive revenue growth and market expansion across the United States and EU. In this role, you will lead a cross-regional sales team, build C-level client relationships, and develop go-to-market strategies that deliver supply chain solutions to enterprise customers across two of our highest-priority global markets.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for US and EU markets to achieve revenue targets and market share growth
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals across US and EU territories, setting clear performance objectives and providing ongoing coaching
- Establish and nurture C-level relationships with key accounts and strategic partners, serving as a trusted advisor on supply chain optimization and transformation
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the supply chain and logistics sector

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years of sales experience
- Experience directly managing teams of 3 or more
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
- Experience engaging and negotiating with customers and analyzing market opportunities to define new areas of growth
- Experience hiring and leading sales or account management teams focused on acquiring and managing enterprise customers
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience engaging with senior customer stakeholders including Directors, VPs of Procurement, CPOs, VPs of Supply Chain, and CIOsThe base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
