Amazon's Immigration Team is growing its best-in-class team to deliver exceptional immigration support to Amazon businesses, employees and candidates across the EU region. The team of consultants, specialists and experienced immigration subject matter experts act as strategic partners and consultants to Amazon business leaders and partner teams. The team centrally manages immigration filings and the vendors that support Amazon, and delivers projects to improve the cost, quality and compliance for immigration services at Amazon.

We are seeking an Immigration Consultant with experience in the immigration industry, based in Warsaw, Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily immigration service execution as part of the POL immigration case working team. The team execute a high-volume of cases, managing immigration requirements for sponsored employees across different jurisdictions and their family members.

This is a case working role where you will acts as the single point of contact throughout an employee's POL immigration lifecycle.

The minimum base pay salary for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include further pay components such as a sign on payment and the eligibility to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA. Your recruiting team will share final base pay and any applicable total compensation elements depending on skills and requirements.

Company discretionary, supplementary benefits apply subject to further terms, including pension plans, health insurance, life and disability insurance, business travel insurance, MultiSport card, employee discount code and program (EDC/Extras), commuter benefits where applicable, and the Employee Assistance Program (private and confidential counselling and referral service to support health and well-being).

The minimum base pay for this position is PLN 7083 gross monthly.

Key job responsibilities
•Filing and executing immigration cases, coordinating between recruitment, onboarding and other HR stakeholders and government authorities; formulating and executing the best possible immigration strategy for each employee.
•Manage a high caseload of applications in particular work permits, residence permits, visas, amendments, withdrawals and notifications.
•Coordinate with other team members of the team for drafting and submission and collection of documents/approval notices.
•Manage a high volume of communications with the employees and several internal groups while meeting the team respond SLA within a single business day or sooner, depending on the case timelines.
•Participate in formulating action plans to resolve issues.
•Contribute to, and drive, process improvement initiatives, beginning with identifying defects or evaluating customer complaints but also considering where the team can increase efficiency and continuously upscale the quality of service.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Highly proficient in Polish and English (C1)
- Bachelor degree and/or equivalent work experience in Human Resources
- Experience with immigration processes and systems administration
- Experience working with KPIs and SLAs
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Work experience in immigration industry
- Experience of working with multiple HR systems
- Ability to handle projects using the Project Management principles and methodology
- Experience with reporting and analytics
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to push back, foresee potential issues, and advocate for relentless improvement
- Ability to positively influence small groups and individuals to drive resolution
- Ability to work in international teams where team members are in different locations and belong to different cultures
- Ability to work in changing environment

- Ability to work under pressure with strict legal deadlines
- Ability to read and understand complex Polish regulations, legislative drafts and their impact on our foreign population
