The ideal candidate will possess Named Account Management, C-Level Engagement, team management and Public Cloud Experience to promote strategic growth and shape the future of a world that leverages cloud computing.

Key job responsibilities
• Build, lead, and coach a team of high-performing enterprise business development managers to drive customer acquisition, pipeline development, and long-term growth

• Engage directly with C-level executives and key decision-makers to position AWS as a strategic partner for digital transformation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including solutions architecture, marketing, partner, and service teams to develop tailored customer value propositions

• Design and lead strategic account plans and targeted campaigns that align with market trends and industry needs

• Identify and resolve complex customer challenges by aligning AWS capabilities with business outcomes

• Contribute to the regional business development leadership strategy through data-driven insights and field feedback

• Partner with the AWS marketing and partner ecosystem teams to deliver local programs that enhance AWS's brand and customer engagement

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- 12+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience
- Experience in management of large, complex enterprise accounts or equivalent
- Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent
- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in technology related sales, business development or equivalent
- Experience negotiating complex deals with customers and partners or equivalent in Media industry
