Amazon's Asia Global Selling Existing Seller Management (ESM) team currently seeks a results and people oriented leader to lead a team of Customer Success Managers. The ideal candidate is be able to build and transform team into a Seller Experience centric and AI-empowered organization and build trust with various stakeholders in a dynamically changing environment. In this role, s/he will be a key leader of the Asia Global Selling ESM Team, providing critical direction and domain expertise to help ESM various business teams to implement and deliver impactful results. The successful candidate must be able to prioritize and lead team to navigate amongst the unknown. S/He needs to be passionate about his/her work, self-motivated, detail oriented and have excellent influencing abilities especially in cross org communication. The candidate will also be required to have people 'hire and develop' in building a new team and cultivating positive team culture.
Key job responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of customer success managers and act as an single owner in ESM team on business domain and own business goal setting and team executions.
- Drive Seller experience and business insights generation and provide guidance to account management team to help generate actionable next steps, and improve account management efficiency.
- Build and develop a team with strong Seller Experience mindset and drive leadership review and influence.
- Establish mechanisms to ensure team operation efficiency.
- Innovate to improve Seller experience via continuously engagement with internal partners to drive business process improvement through deeply data analysis and seller engagement practice
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in team management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
