DESCRIPTION:
Amazon Flex & Hub Delivery team is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our online lead generation and top-of-funnel marketing initiatives. This role will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of performance marketing programs that drive qualified driver acquisition and optimize our digital marketing funnel.
Key job responsibilities
**Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution**
- Own and optimize the complete top-of-funnel marketing strategy for Amazon Flex driver and Amazon Hub Store acquisition
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels
- Drive continuous improvement in lead generation quality, volume, and cost-efficiency
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all top-of-funnel activities
**Paid Search & SEM Management**
- Manage paid search campaigns through Google Ads with hands-on optimization of keywords, bids, and ad copy
- Analyze search performance data to identify opportunities and drive ROI improvements
- Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to scale paid search programs effectively
**SEO & Organic Growth**
- Lead search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives to improve organic visibility and traffic
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform content and technical SEO strategies
- Partner with web development teams to implement SEO best practices and technical improvements
**Social Media Marketing**
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across relevant platforms
- Optimize social campaigns for lead generation and conversion
- Test and iterate on creative, messaging, and targeting approaches
**Analytics & Optimization**
- Build robust measurement frameworks to track campaign performance and attribution
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments to optimize conversion rates
- Deliver regular reporting and insights to leadership on marketing performance and trends
**Cross-Functional Leadership**
- Partner with product, operations, and analytics teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and technology partners
- Drive alignment across stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and resource allocation
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience with marketing strategies in online and mobile channels
- Experience creating brand marketing content
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
