DESCRIPTION:
This is a fixed term contract
Amazon Grocery Partners is looking for a Program Manager to lead the International Ads Program across NA, EU and APAC regions. This is a strategic role focused on increasing the adoption of Ads products among our Grocery Partners and advertisers (including go to market strategy & reporting) and shaping the Ads tech roadmap. The Program Manager will coordinate a cross-functional team of stakeholders from Ads, Business, Finance, and Tech.
Key job responsibilities
• Defining the program's direction in close collaboration with stakeholders across Ads, Business, and Tech teams
• Developing and supporting the go to market strategy to engage our Grocery Partner on Ads and define a comprehensive reporting mechanism to assess campaigns performance.
• Working with Product teams to plan, design, and roll out Ads products in international markets.
• Designing and launching initiatives with Ads teams to drive increased adoption of Ads solutions.
• Building financial plans for Ads revenue in partnership with Finance teams.
• Monitoring the program's overall progress, anticipating risks, resolving issues, and initiating corrective actions as needed
• Providing regular program progress reporting.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
