SAP BASIS Administrator, AWS FinTech

DESCRIPTION:

The AWS Finance Technology team is looking for an experienced SAP BASIS Administrator to manage and support the implementation of our new RISE with SAP S/4HANA system.



Key job responsibilities
* Understand business requirements and design an optimal S/4HANA solution architecture to meet those needs for procurement, inventory management, sales, finance, and integration with existing systems
* Define the S/4HANA system landscape, integrations, extensions, and configurations required
* Monitor the performance of SAP systems, identify bottlenecks, and apply necessary optimizations to improve system efficiency.
* Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data flows between systems
* Collaborate with business process owners to optimize and streamline processes in the new S/4 solution
* Oversee the configuration, testing, and implementation of all S/4HANA modules according to design
* Ensure security, performance, scalability and compliance requirements are met

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- 6+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
- 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries
- Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
- Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective
