DESCRIPTION:

Seasonal Inbound PA Job Description: The Fulfillment Center Process Assistant works with Operations Managers, Area Managers, Production Assistants, Associates and site support staff. Process Assistants constantly improve the long-term capabilities of the area they are assigned. The ideal candidate will measure production quality and quantity and drive results in both. They maintain expert-level knowledge in their department and evaluate and improve processes within their work areas. They adhere to standard work and coach and develop Associates to meet and exceed department expectations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- High school or equivalent diploma, or Bachelor's degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in problem solving and delivering results

The starting pay for this position is listed below. Amazon is a total compensation company, additional earnings may include shift differentials, overtime pay, and performance bonuses where applicable. Final pay rate will be based on factors including shift selection, location, and experience. In addition, Amazon offers basic life & AD&D insurance, paid time off, and other resources to improve health and well-being.
