DESCRIPTION:

Seller Support Associate Sr.は、Amazon Japanのマーケットプレイスにおいて、第三者セラーの成功を支援する重要な役割を担います。本ポジションは、セラーからの問い合わせに対して高度な技術的サポートと戦略的なガイダンスを提供し、セラーエクスペリエンスの向上とビジネス成長を促進します。複雑なケースの解決、チーム内でのメンタリング、プロセス改善の提案を通じて、セラーコミュニティ全体の満足度向上に貢献することが期待されます。

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- 1+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience with Excel
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
