- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial solutions that support business growth while maintaining strong internal controls and financial compliance
- Drive continuous improvement projects that scale and enhance finance operations with measurable results, demonstrating ownership and bias for action in implementing solutions

A day in the life
Your day starts by reviewing the prior week's performance metrics to prepare for the Weekly Business Review. You'll collaborate with team members to validate accuracy and add business context, building action plans as needed. Throughout the day, you'll toggle between analyzing financial trends, partnering with business teams to understand operational challenges, and evaluate the financial impacts of new ideas to grow and optimize the business. You might meet with Finance and business team colleagues to align on deliverables or work independently to build a new scenario analysis or dive deep the latest financial data to identify trends.
