DESCRIPTION:
Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of pan-EU social media campaigns across Meta, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok and other major platforms driving innovation in audience targeting and strategic business objectives. Own the development and scaling of breakthrough social media testing frameworks that accelerate business growth and customer acquisition across multiple EU markets.
Key job responsibilities
Architect and own complex, multi-variant testing roadmaps across EU markets, balancing local market needs with regional efficiency
Drive strategic experimentation across diverse audience segments, developing hypothesis-driven test designs that unlock new growth opportunities
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing Science, Analytics, Creative, and Country Marketing teams to deliver robust testing frameworks
Own testing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation across platforms, markets, and business objectives
Develop sophisticated measurement approaches to evaluate cross-platform performance, ROAS, and incremental impact
Build scalable processes for test execution, learning documentation, and rapid implementation of insights
Partner with platform partners (Meta, TikTok) to pioneer new testing capabilities and beta opportunities
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in marketing or marketing research
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
