The Polish team is hiring for a Sr. Product Manager to help with efforts in improving customer experience. The Product Manager will have ownership of a number of multiple strategic projects and initiatives, and will enjoy a high amount of autonomy.

Key job responsibilities
- Improving Customer Experience: assessing customer experience gaps and opportunities to determine the best path forward and developing scalable plans to deliver the improvements.
- Ensure achievement of shared goals by influencing local leaders and teams. You facilitate effective internal communication, and drive participation across stakeholder groups in support of your vision.
- Prepare and deliver business reporting documents to EU Stores leadership which may include MBRs, QBRs, bi-annual reviews, and OP1/2.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science
- - 5+ years of experience working cross functionally
- - Strong analytical skills, including Excel or SQL querying.
- - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English, with the ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences
- - Exceptional ability to influence, negotiate with, and persuade others is required. Must be flexible and demonstrate strong judgment, build a course of action, analyze trade-offs, and make recommendations in ambiguous situations.
- - Relentless drive for results in fast-paced environment
- - Demonstrated ability to challenge the status-quo and champion best-in-class solutions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5+ years of experience in program or project management
- - Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- - Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
