Key job responsibilities
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, analytical Senior Product Manager - Technical (PM-T) to join the Seller Success Programs team. This role will own the product vision and execution for identifying, scoring, and prioritizing high-potential sellers and differentiated selection at the top of the funnel.
The PM-T will be responsible for developing scalable systems that determine which sellers Amazon recruits and prioritizes, and for ensuring these signals are consistently consumed across onboarding, verification, and early growth experiences. This includes owning end-to-end seller identification and lead enrichment capabilities, translating business goals into technical requirements, and partnering closely with engineering and science teams to deliver high-quality, data-driven outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor who can operate independently in a complex space, make principled tradeoffs using data, and influence across teams and organizations to deliver measurable business impact.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship
