DESCRIPTION:

The Amazon Global Workforce Staffing (WFS) Organization is key to delivering our customer
experiences around the globe. With 1M hourly associates hired annually and growing to more than 1m in the next 24 months it is a key operational mechanism to ensure we deliver for our customer experiences globally.

WFS Global Candidate Communications Team is a dynamic and diverse team with members located in North America. This position works within the global candidate communications team that provides all candidate communications to candidates from application creation to arriving at day 1. This role will focus on the quantitative and qualitative performance of all communication channels across multiple countries and languages. Success will require the ability to learn multiple integrated systems to help evaluate communications performance and systematically identify any defects quickly to minimize negative impact. Exceling in this position will come from: the ability to dive deep into any errors and help create processes aimed at reducing defects in communications, successfully managing partnerships with stakeholders of multiple levels, prioritizing the most impactful tasks, and knowing when to seek additional help.

This position will also take on additional projects executing communications plans and partnering with communications team customers implementing changes in an environment that is constantly changing and iterating to great.

Familiarity with adobe tracking and proficiency with Microsoft Excel are a plus.


Key job responsibilities
•Learn and understand global outbound communications structure
•Create (with assistance) and maintain quality processes for communications performance
•Identify issues impacting candidates quickly
•Effectively partner with Communications Team customers to support their needs and projects
•Create and maintain proactive feedback loops for early identification of candidates issues and/or overall ACCS team friction points
•Assist other team members as needed with other communications tasks

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- 1+ years of human resources experience
- Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Amazon Projects, Word, Slack and Chime
- Experience working with KPIs and SLAs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience with process improvement and stakeholder management
- Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
