As an ACES Sr. Change Manager, this position involves taking ownership to lead the standardization and simplification of change management across the ACES team, as well as the creation and improvement of mechanisms. You will primarily work on supporting strategic projects intakes, and will also own Governance mechanisms for the PMO team and ACES in general.
This role is for an experienced Project/Program Manager with experience in change management in a fast-paced operations environment (non-tech).
Key job responsibilities
- Manage complex project intakes in Brazil Operations, including managing deliverables, stakeholders, communication, and more;
- Monitor KPIs related to project success metrics, focusing on continuous improvement in all aspects of operations;
- Develop contingency plans to address unexpected issues or demand fluctuations;
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, manuals, and documents;
- Write complex documents, such as Business Requirements, Technical Specifications, etc.;
- Own and manage change on a granular level;
- Maintain clear communication with leadership at all times.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field
- Experience in project or program management
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
