Salary: $157,100 – $212,600 Annually

DESCRIPTION:

The Sr. Engagement Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the population of engaged delivery partners across Flex Americas, specifically: US, Canada, Mexico and Brazil. This role partners closely with demand forecasters to set and deliver week-to-week goals for the number of Amazon Flex weekly-active-users, utilizing available levers to improve delivery partner engagement and productivity. A successful candidate will be constantly piloting, measuring and launching new levers, looking around corners to ensure we are ready for every potential scenario. This role requires experience with collecting and critically evaluating data, the ability to succinctly communicate complex topics and a history of being able to influence the roadmaps of peers and leaders. As a part of a marketing team, this role needs to not only understand the data but be obsessed with feedback from our delivery partners, and ensuring they have the best possible experience through personalized and relevant messaging and offerings.



Key job responsibilities
• Weekly and monthly reporting of pool growth indicators, deep dives on trends and performance of Amazon Flex's engagement levers.
• Draw out key insights from reporting data to inform reactive actions and solve for longer term big rocks.
• Own and build on a playbook of re-engagement, retention and productivity levers via an ongoing set of structured pilots which increase the effectiveness and the ROI of those levers.
• Build a closed loop systems for receiving and taking action based on delivery partner feedback
• Drive a customer obsessed approach to engagement messaging and offerings; using marketing research models to ensure incentives, offers and communication is relevant to delivery partner segments.

About the team
Amazon Flex is a Last Mile delivery channel that engages delivery partners a gig-work model to deliver packages to Amazon customers, primarily for orders with ultra-fast delivery promises. This role is part of the Flex MACRO team, responsible for acquisition, onboarding, first-route activation and lifecycle engagement of delivery partners

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
