Amazon is building a world class last mile operation, significantly complemented by Delivery Service Partners (DSP). Amazon works directly with DSPs to make deliveries to our customers. As a DSP, these high-performing drivers can now be their own boss managing a fleet of up to 40 branded vans delivering Amazon packages.

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join the Global New Driver Experience team. This role will be accountable for VP-level visibility workstreams and requires close collaboration with senior leaders across the Last Mile space as well as key partner organizations to ensure success. The Sr. Program Manager will own assessing, recommending, and building products and programs that support a new driver's learning curve. In this role, you will work with various teams such as tech, analytics, science, routing and planning, legal, risk, central operations, etc.

You will be successful in this role if you 1) have a strong sense of ownership and seek long-term solutions that scale worldwide, 2) can develop data-based insights and turn them into actionable information, 3) have a desire to learn new areas of the business and able to apply those learnings to your own work and 4) clearly communicate, both verbally and in writing, to drive buy-in and adoption across a diverse group of stakeholders with competing priorities.

We are seeking a bar-raising candidate who will be able to:
• Deep Dive on the end-to-end to map severe pain points to paper cuts, and create solution recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across various organizations, geographies, and leadership levels to drive products and programs that champion the learning curve of a new driver.
• Use AI-based preemptive reporting mechanisms to identify vulnerabilities and nudge partner teams to action on decisions quickly.
• Analyze metrics and patterns of behavior to inform business decisions
• Deliver in a fast-paced environment

Key job responsibilities
• Define the strategic direction and build roadmap for the best-in-class experience for new drivers globally.
• Build/design/refine frameworks to identify opportunities areas within existing and new product and program suite.
• Communicate with senior management and other business/technical partners on program decisions, roadmap status and risks.
• Effectively influence partner teams for prioritization.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics and Tech teams to articulate and prioritize feature needs for analytics and reporting
• Work in partnership with global partner teams to help drive worldwide parity across products and programs, while accommodating for regional nuances.
• Create, maintain, and disseminate program information on a regular basis to senior leadership teams and key stakeholders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- 4+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- MBA in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- 4+ years of Business strategy or Non-Tech Program Management experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field
- Knowledge of general AI tools
- Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
