Key job responsibilities
Senior Seller Success Managers are responsible for driving business growth and delivering a positive experience with our program. The key responsibilities are to:

Build and cultivate strong relationships with dealers in your portfolio. Serve as a trusted advisor and business advocate, proactively monitoring dealer satisfaction, account health, and engagement to ensure long-term success.

Drive sustainable business growth for your dealers on Amazon through data-driven insights and marketplace expertise. Create and present compelling, customized solutions that help dealers achieve and exceed their business goals.

Leverage performance data and analytics to identify growth opportunities within your dealer portfolio. Track key input metrics that drive selection quality, pricing competitiveness, and customer experience improvements.

Partner with dealer leadership to develop strategic account plans that unlock new revenue streams, optimize existing operations, and scale their Amazon presence effectively.

Manage escalations and provide solutions to help dealers effectively navigate challenges and maintain healthy account operations.

Identify and champion process improvements that benefit your dealer portfolio and the broader program, including driving adoption of new tools, simplifying workflows, and sharing best practices across the team.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to advocate for dealer needs and ensure alignment on programs that drive mutual success.

A day in the life
As a Seller Success Manager, you will work cross-functionally with internal teams across Seller Experience, Operations, Product, and Program Management, and externally with GM and VP-level dealer contacts. Your primary responsibilities include driving sustainable dealer growth on Amazon through data-driven insights and marketplace expertise, partnering with dealer leadership to develop and execute growth strategies, advocating on behalf of dealers while developing customized solutions, and managing escalations to ensure exceptional dealer satisfaction and account health across your portfolio.

About the team
About the team We are a newly formed rapidly growing team with a vision to create innovative discovery and shopping experiences on Amazon, providing customers better convenience and more selection. We're collaborating with other experienced teams at Amazon to define the future of how customers research and shop for products in the complex automotive space. This role is part of the Amazon Ads org and is focused on vehicle sales.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or e-commerce marketplace management
- Experience using data and analytics to drive business decisions and identify growth opportunities
- Track record of managing a portfolio of accounts and delivering measurable business growth
- Experience building and presenting strategic recommendations to clients or partners
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- 7+ years of experience in account management, marketplace consulting, or seller/dealer success within an e-commerce or marketplace environment
- Deep knowledge of Amazon's marketplace ecosystem, including seller tools, advertising products, and fulfillment programs
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans that drive revenue growth and operational improvements
- Experience managing escalations and navigating complex partner challenges with a solutions-oriented approach
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging performance metrics related to selection, pricing, and customer experience
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and advocate for partner needs across multiple stakeholders
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements, driving tool adoption, and scaling best practices across teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into compelling, customized business solutions
- Experience working with automotive dealers or within the automotive industry is a plus
