DESCRIPTION:

The Support Operations Analyst - Perfect Pay is a critical operational role responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across Amazon's Colombia Customer Service operations. This position serves as the bridge between operations leadership, payroll systems, and workforce management, requiring strong analytical capabilities, decision-making under uncertainty, and deep expertise in Colombian payroll regulations.

Key job responsibilities
The Support Operations Analyst - Perfect Pay will serve as the critical bridge between operations leadership, payroll systems, and workforce management for Amazon's Colombia Customer Service operations. The role focuses on four key areas:
- Guarantee the effective payment for all our employees, integrating the different tools and departments involve, due to Colombian regulations
- Audit and compliance to reduce payment defects
- Data Analytics & Reporting

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience with Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- 2+ years of quality or customer-facing role experience
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- AI tools proficiency

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Knowledge of and proficiency in the use of Python scripting language
