Transportation Specialist, TR Last Mile 3P Carrier Operations

DESCRIPTION:

As a key member of our TR Last Mile 3P Carrier Operations team, you'll support the optimization of our transportation network and carrier operations. You'll dive into daily last mile operations, help launch innovative delivery programs, and contribute to strategic initiatives that define the future of logistics. Working alongside with the 3P Carrier Operations team, you'll help enhance delivery operations while ensuring network efficiency across multiple Fulfillment Centers and carriers.

Key job responsibilities
- Support carrier performance monitoring
- Identify miss root causes and follow up on corrective action items
- Track carrier D0 and D-1 performance and share data with carriers
- Attend site visits and ride alongs to identify improvement areas and track progress
- Assist in providing data for carrier documentation and communications
- Support the launch of new programs with 3P carriers
- Help prepare peak season readiness analyses
- Maintain operational dashboards and reports
- Generate regular performance reports for 3P carriers

A day in the life
- Track daily operations on D-1 and D-0
- Analyze root causes
- Share data with internal and external stakeholders
- Support carrier data analytics and insights
- Communicate with carrier's on miss root causes and path to green actions
- Track event based performance updates and raise the flag for potential risks
- Support new program implementations
- Update tracking systems
- Update stakeholder communications
- Attend carrier daily/weekly/monthly review meetings with team

- Carrier Daily Operations - Daily alignment on carrier performance and operational issues
- ACES Operations - Collaborate on carriers' performance discussions
- Linehaul Operations- collaborate on daily truck management and track on time arrivals
- FC teams- identify rootcauses of misses and follow up on corrective actions.

External Partners:
- Carrier Operations Teams - Daily operational alignment and issue resolution

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Data analysis
- MS Office skills (Excel, Word)
- Intermediate English
- Basic SQL

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Advanced data analytics
- Business English
- Project Management skills
