Description

Job Title: Graduate Naval Ships Software Engineer (Combat Systems)

Location: New Malden (London). We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – however for this role you will be expected to attend your site 3-5 days per week.

Salary: £34,000 Per Annum + £2,000 Welcome Bonus

Role Description 

• Production of software architectures and designs based on each ship’s requirements.
• Implementation of requirements and design utilising a variety of programming languages and tools.
• Design and development of software tests to prove a number of qualities including; functionality, robustness, performance.
• Testing and integration of software and target hardware.
• Support of lifecycle and product maturity activities such as design reviews.

The Naval Ships Team 

We design and build offshore patrol vessels, giant aircraft carrier and provide complex warships including the Type 26 Frigate to the Royal Navy, giving the customer capability to fulfil operations around the world.

Qualification requirements

You must have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a minimum 2:2 bachelor’s degree or a pass at master’s level in any STEM subject.
