LOCATION: Media City, Salford. Hybrid - two office days per week
PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £55,000-£65,000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Have you got proven experience running influencer campaigns for big brands or media organisations? Do you know exactly what makes young audiences and parents stop scrolling? We need you! Join the BBC Children's & Education team as an Influencer Manager, leading on C&E influencer activity across CBeebies and Bitesize, working with wider stakeholders and departments to ensure each campaign reaches new audiences and existing fans of our brands. This is a new role, allowing the right candidate to shape it and really make their mark.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT:
· Responsible for the assignment and spend of all influencer budget across C&E Social
· End-to-end management of CBeebies brand ambassadors, including briefs, budgets and communication
· Work alongside BBC teams (Comms, Marketing, Social, Editorial), agency partners and social platforms to ensure influencers and content are right for our brands and align with BBC values and messaging
· Lead on reporting and analysis of activity to influence future campaigns, commissions and ways of working
· Scope out further opportunities to promote our brands and shows to niche communities and partners, as well as working with external organisations to amplify our brands

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• An in-depth understanding of social platforms and how brands are using them to work with creators effectively
• Proven experience running high-performing influencer campaigns for young or parent audiences
• Experience measuring results and showing value in digital content using social measurement platforms
• Experience getting buy-in from multiple disciplines and teams, aligning different perspectives and bringing everyone together
• Strong communication and presentation skills. Comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders
• An self-starter mindset with a can-do attitude
