Role Description:
As the Senior Manager HR for LPA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing people strategies that support the business priorities and drive organizational success across the Legal & Public Affairs department, globally. This role requires an experienced, strategic business partner who can deliver and implement people solutions that align with global objectives, enhance employee engagement, and foster a high-performance culture.
Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a trusted partnership role with senior executives.
Ability to apply metrics and analysis to inform business leaders about trends and to identify targeted areas of opportunity for impact such as organizational health and efficiency, cost effectiveness, process improvement.
Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and drive results.
Proven ability to coordinate, influence and drive results without direct authority.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated experience in managing complex employee relations issues and fostering a positive work environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy and decision-making authority.
Excellent communication skills, including, influencing, coaching and mentoring.
An expert in HR process and policy that is relevant to the function/region they are operating in.
Expert in delivering large scale organizational change programmes and/or people roadmaps.
A thorough understanding of managing talent lifecycles and resourcing plans.
Ability to work cross functionally and partner with multiple business areas to impact business decisions.
Ability to drive and own large change programmes.
Strategic mindset, with the ability to focus on operational details.
