The Partner Development Executive (PDE) is responsible for driving revenue growth and pipeline acceleration through CIS specific technology partners and reseller motions. The role sits at the intersection of partner strategy, demand generation, deal origination, and commercial execution, working closely with sales, presales, industry teams and marketing.
The PDE owns the partner-led growth motion for CIS - from identifying and shaping opportunities with partner field teams, through to deal execution, governance, and consumption realisation (where appropriate). This role blends commercial leadership, partner relationship management, and sales rigour to ensure partner engagement translates into measurable sales performance and partner expansion for Capgemini.
