Position Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the AR and Credit & Collections teams (Internal and outsourced)
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies/procedures/processes with internal support teams
- Measure departmental and individual performance, and report key accomplishments/concerns to internal stakeholders
- Conduct monthly credit risk meetings with Finance to review current AR position relative to risk reserves and recommend adjustments when needed
- Understand the billing processes to provide guidance to customers and the Sales/Pricing/Operations teams
- Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 6 to 8 years of related experience and 3 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 9 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of leadership experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
