Position Summary:
The Bilingual Customer Service Specialist is responsible for professionally responding to and interfacing directly with customer service calls from established accounts, including customer inquiries with orders/deliveries, AR/AP balance issues, fulfilling orders and addressing special requests. This role also involves managing various account-related tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.

Required Education and Experience:
Must be at least 21 years old
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with 1 to 2 plus years of related experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
