Business Excellence Manager

This is a hybrid position requiring regular presence at one of our distribution centers or our Rosemont office when not traveling. The ideal candidate should be prepared to travel up to 50% of the time.

Position Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for ensuring business excellence (Lean Six Sigma) strategy designed, implemented, and managed with a high degree of efficiency to achieve goals and objectives
• Evaluate and analyze business case development for all new projects and directly lead complex business excellence projects throughout the business
• Clearly define costs and benefits which are verified with finance, being able to provide information for RFAs as applicable as well as ensure all projects are clearly defined using the DMAIC process and track progress and results in a project portfolio
• Drives the Lean Kaizen calendar across the business to ensure continuous improvement, providing expertise and guidance on Lean Six Sigma skills to other belts
• Prioritize communication with stakeholders ensuring everything is up to date on recent trends in logistics, supply chain, and technical arenas
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 7 plus years of specific

 Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s Degree
