Position Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between customers and the company, providing essential information and managing clerical and administrative tasks for daily business functions while supporting various departments, as a Customer Service Representative
  • Handle customer inquiries via calls and emails, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their needs and concerns
  • Provide assistance with special requests, utilizing specialized software to validate store orders, process orders, and take inbound calls
  • Deliver consistent service to restaurants through ongoing training initiatives, ensuring they receive the support necessary for success
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with 1 to 2 plus years of related experience

  • Bilingual Preferred

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
