Director of Financial Operations to join our corporate team at our Rosemont headquarters:
Shift: Full-Time l Monday-Friday-1st Shift
Pay: $165,000-$200,000/annually (Pay based on skills and qualifications)

Position Responsibilities:
- Acts as the key business partner for the RFM field operations, Asset Management and Accounting functions which provides critical business and financial advice to support the function’s overall growth objectives
- Partners with the RFM Field Operations and RFM Executive Leadership, to establish annual budgets, forecasts and standards and perform monthly analysis of field operations variances
- Partner with operations leaders in the remediation of variances and budget gap closures and assist in developing the financial acumen capabilities of the field operations team
- Conduct financial benchmarking by running financial analyses and making comparisons of the results to assess the company's overall competitiveness, efficiency and productivity
- Develop and manage internal presentations for senior leadership showing financial information to support growth and investment strategies for the field operations function
- Partner with shop Management and RFM Leadership to perform ROI analysis related to RFM capital projects
- Interpret and communicate monthly financial results, providing analysis to help identify root cause, perform analysis to evaluate scenarios and set direction, and lead the budgeting and forecasting
- Manage the preparation of financial/operational reports and ad hoc financial analysis while managing the development of annual operating plans and divisional budgets
- Collect, analyze and interpret data, quantifying financial opportunity and risk, and communicating the optimal business decisions/actions
- Willingness to travel up to 25% annually
