We are seeking a Director, On-Premise & Caribean Execution, to lead strategic execution and operational excellence across our franchise network. This role is pivotal in driving growth and ensuring flawless execution of our commercial strategies. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in franchise or bottling operations, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Implement game-changing Channel Strategies based on OU playbooks, accommodating the local reality for the Caribbean Region. Oversees the landing of winning PICOS for all the relevant channels in the Region.
Lead the local grounding of OU strategies for each Caribbean market, linking local realities to establish frameworks and OU guidelines.
Help secure resources necessary to locally address, generate, and implement value-creating solutions that meet system needs and drive the beverage category's incidence, profit, and volume.
Identify regional opportunities and support the local operations in the definition of relevant local initiatives.
Defining, developing, and influencing the overall strategy for on-premise channels for the Central America and Caribbean regions. Champion data-driven decision-making using shopper insights, category management, and analytics.
Define and deploy the strategies that support the growth of the total Coca-Cola portfolio, incorporating brand strategy, market, format, and shopper variables.
Support the development of capability-building plans (Information, systems, budget, roles, and responsibilities)
Communication Focus
Communicate with internal stakeholders and key Bottling partners.
Internal: Communication of market and specific business opportunities, advanced strategic analysis, priorities, and plans to the OU leadership team and other Senior Management.
System: Communication and alignment of key strategic initiatives as well as market and business environment drivers, KO System strategic direction/ priorities, and performance with Bottler senior leaders
External: Communicating with senior leaders of major customers, key advisors, and other stakeholders to progress and successfully deliver key business development initiatives
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Management required.
10+ years of leadership experience in Commercial Operations with strong skills in Channel Strategy and execution across channels (Traditional and Modern Trade).
Proven strategic and analytical skills as well as interpersonal, communication, and influencing abilities.
Ability to make things happen.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
Regional experience and understanding of local market dynamics are essential.
